Preparation
To prepare for your Rejuran treatment, we recommend following these pre-appointment guidelines: Inform us of any medications, supplements or herbal remedies you are taking, as you may need to stop using certain items temporarily, especially blood thinners, to minimise bruising. Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your Rejuran appointment, as it can increase the risk of bruising and swelling. Additionally, steer clear of skincare products that could irritate your skin, such as those with retinoids or alpha hydroxy acids, for 24 hours prior to your treatment. Lastly, refrain from hair removal procedures like waxing or threading in the treatment area for at least two days before your appointment to prevent irritation.
Treatment
Before your treatment, we will apply a topical anaesthetic to the target area to minimise potential discomfort. Then, Dr Aleks or Dr Indi will inject the Rejuran solution using fine needles. The Rejuran procedure is minimally invasive, with most patients experiencing only mild discomfort, and typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes.
What Is the Average Downtime and Recovery?
Most patients experience minimal downtime with Rejuran. You may notice some redness and slight swelling in the treated areas, but these effects usually resolve within 24 to 48 hours. You can generally resume your daily activities within one to three days.
What Results Can I Expect From Rejuran?
